Blackboard CE 8 Shell Request Form

UTEP Faculty who would like a Blackboard CE8 course shell need to make a request to the University Registrar through this form. Only forms submitted by the primary instructor listed in Banner will be processed.

A Blackboard CE8 course shell will be created within 48 hours of receipt of this form during the semester’s open request time and during normal working days/hours. This is not done automatically, there are several verification steps that must be done prior to the course shell being created.

If you want your course(s) to automatically create a web shell for the next semester, contact the person scheduling the classes in your department and let them know the Instruction Method Code you need so that they can code it in Banner for your class(s). (ie. TEC, HYBR, WEBB)
